CLINICAL SERVICES
Dr. Burdick knows the importance of proper diagnosis to place individuals in therapeutic and specialized school and treatment programs His internship and work experience includes Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He clearly understands the differences between substantial resources and less than adequate services to meet the needs of those requiring therapeutic assistance. From the testing to placement you will find the service professional and thorough with “no resource left unconsidered.” Therapeutic boarding schools and treatment programs require a licensed practitioner to recommend sound and professional placement advice. Dr. Burdick is dual licensed, both as an educational psychologist and as a psychologist specializing in clinical, school, and forensic matters. When required, Burdick Psychological Services also refers clients to only attorneys with specialized knowledge of special education laws.


ADVICE
1. Only hire licensed parties to give you “advice” on therapeutic programs.
2. Only hire licensed practitioners who have over 10 years of experience in the field.
3. Only hire licensed practitioners who understand the assessment and psychotherapeutic and psychotherapeutic intervention appropriate for the age of the individual.
